Their neck covers are amazing! Wish I would have ordered more from them and the chiffon hijabs when they had the Black Friday sale! Definitely made my experience of starting to wear the hijab better. They even had the cutest note of encouragement attached!

So I’ll start off by saying that I have NOT received my order at all. I placed my order January 31st and as you can see it’s March 28th. It’s been almost two months now and I have yet to receive anything. It seems like I am not the only one. It seems like instead of just dictating an item has sold out, they would rather sell items that aren’t available. There is absolutely no excuse whatsoever to delay items as simple as a hijab, yet here I am writing this review. I have NEVER had this experience in my life. Every time I reach out to the support team, I receive a very generic response like “you are what makes ZTL so special and your order has already been processed” and basically takes me down a wormhole of dumbing down to me how the shipping process works. I have a tracking number but no indication of when I will receive this item. And I say that every time yet nothing. This is very disappointing and I will never order from this website again. I think I’ve learned my lesson.
