Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

You may return/exchange your items for a refund given you meet our returns policy  within 15 days from the date of delivery. No exceptions will be accepted after the 15 day period. 

Items that are eligible for return/exchange must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged with tags attached. 

Any garments returned to us with makeup, markings, stains or scents will not be accepted. 

All garments have a return tag attached as a seal. Once the tag is altered, cut or tampered with in any way, we cannot accept the return.

Items sent to us by mistake, with the wrong label, or that do not meet our return criteria won't be returned to you or refunded, they will be discarded.

All pre-orders are final sale.No returns or exchanges allowed, as this order was made specifically for you.

For hygiene reasons and for your protection, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products from our Hijab Collection & Hijab Accessories.

For items placed on sale or with a coupon code at checkout, you can exchange your items within 15 days from the date of delivery for a different size or style, provided it is equal or greater in value as your original purchase. 

If you placed an order that qualified for Free Shipping and you returned your entire order back to us, you will receive your refund minus $25 for the shipping and handling fees associated with your order, given it falls within our policy. 

If you purchased Return & Package Protection on your order, your order qualifies for Free Returns. A label will be provided for you at the time of your return/exchange. You are welcome to have your order picked up by the courier for a fee or you can drop it off at the local post office for Free.

If you did not purchase Return and Package Protection on your order, you will pay for your return label in our portal to ship the item(s) back to us. 

Once received and inspected, we can process your return or exchange within 7-10 business days if it meets our return policy. 

Zahraa The Label reserves the right to deny an exchange, store credit or refund if the garment does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. 

All International Orders are eligible for returns and store credit, no exchanges can be made.

How to exchange/return your items?

It's as easy as 1,2,3! Follow the steps below to ensure you have a successful return. 

  1. Ensure your items are refundable. We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date as long as the item is unwashed, unworn and free of any stains or odors. Item must not be a final sale item. Other exclusions may apply. View our Terms & Conditions.
  2. Follow the instructions provided on the website to complete your return.
  3. Once we receive your return/exchange order, we will process within 7-10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your refund/exchange.
  4. Navigate to the returns portal here.
  5. Once you receive your label, you have 2 business days to ship it back to us. Any items received back and shipped at a later time ( more than 7 business days) will not be accepted and will be discarded.

Final Sale 

Items purchased during any sales such as Hijab Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, 50% or More Sales, Clearance Events or any applicable sales are non-returnable and considered final sale. Any items marked Final Sale will not be approved for returns. We do not offer price match adjustments, returns, credits or exchanges for items that went on sale after your purchase date. 

Faulty Returns

A refund will be issued on items that have a manufacturing default upon delivery. If you suspect a faulty item, please contact our customer service team at support@zahraathelabel.com  within 2 days of receiving your order to address the nature of the fault. We'll be more than happy to send you a return label to ship back the items with a full refund or exchange depending on the nature of your order.

International Returns

Should you wish to return an item, we do not refund international prepaid duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout for Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) orders or duties and taxes paid at time of customs entry for Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) orders. Contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund. We do not offer exchanges for International orders at this time. Only a refund minus the shipping costs incurred at the time you placed your order. 

Shipping 

Due to high volume shipments, once you place your order, we cannot alter, add or remove anything to/from your order. Please carefully fill out your full name at checkout, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays.

Zahraa The Label will not be held liable for any damage which has been caused to your garments by a third-party dry-cleaning company or any washing/drying to your garments & hijabs. We don't offer any price adjustments under any circumstances. 

Please file a claim for a lost or damaged order here. We do not offer refunds on stolen packages.
