Disappointed
This experience has been highly disappointing. I only tried the dress on briefly and removed the label. I categorically deny the allegation that the item was stained.
Despite this, the company has retained both the returned item and my payment while refusing to issue a refund or return the dress. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and unethical.
I will not accept blame for an allegation I do not agree with. This will be my last time ordering from Zahra The Label.
I strongly advise others to review customer feedback carefully before placing
They took this one, charged and never returned or exchanged!
