I love my abaya it’s very classy and elegant. I absolutely love the material and how it feels. The only issue I have is with the length. I’m 5’2”, so I wish more thought could be given to shorter people when designing the sizing. I had to pay an extra $50 to get it altered. If you could offer short and tall length options, that would be fantastic

This experience has been highly disappointing. I only tried the dress on briefly and removed the label. I categorically deny the allegation that the item was stained.

Despite this, the company has retained both the returned item and my payment while refusing to issue a refund or return the dress. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and unethical.

I will not accept blame for an allegation I do not agree with. This will be my last time ordering from Zahra The Label.
