Orders

How can I confirm my order has been placed?

Upon completion of your order, a confirmation email with the details of your order, will be sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete until you reach the page containing your order number. If you did not receive your email confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you did not receive it at all, please email us atsupport@zahraathelabel.comwith your correct email address and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

I forgot to enter my promo code at checkout, what can I do?

Unfortunately we cannot enter codes manually after an order has been placed. You’ll have to save it for your next order.

I've just placed my order, can I modify it?

As our orders are dispatched quickly, we are unable to cancel or change the details in your order once it has been placed.

What is considered final sale?

For hygiene reasons and for your protection, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products from our Hijab Collection, Swimwear amd Prayer Sets. In addition, any and all sale items are also final. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link that you can use to track the progress of your delivery. We will also send you email updates along the way, so you know exactly when to expect it. You can also log into your account to check the status of your order.

What if my order has not been delivered?

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please ensure that you check the tracking number of your order and stay up to date via the tracking app or your tracking email confirmation. We offer Route Package Protection at checkout to insure your order. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please file a claim here.

What are your shipping options for International delivery?

Standard International Delivery: 7-21 business days

Express International Delivery: 3-5 business days

Do I have to pay for international customs/duties separately?

Yes, because these are levied by the government or your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. Zahraa The Label is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.

If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. We are not responsible if your order is not received, missing or abandoned by the courier.

What are your shipping options for U.S. delivery?

Standard U.S. Delivery: 7-10 business days

Priority U.S. Delivery: 2-3 business days

How do I process a return?

Please click here for steps on how to easily process your return. Any items from our Hijab Collection, Prayer Sets, Swimwear and Sale items are Final Sale. If there is a defect in your order, please email us atsupport@zahraathelabel.comand one of our representatives will gladly assist you.

I received a damaged item, what shall I do?

In the rare event that your package is received in damaged condition, please submit a claim here. Please contact support@zahraathelabel.com with a photo of the damaged package before sending the product back to us or filing a claim with Route Package Protection.

Can I redeem a gift card online?

Gift cards are available online. Once purchased an email will be sent to you on how to redeem your gift card.

My discount code is not working, why?

You are permitted to use one discount code per purchase. If you are purchasing items during our sales, some discount codes are automatically applied at checkout. If you are having difficulties with your coupon code at any given time, please contact us, as the code may no longer be valid. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined with any other current offers, sales, or promotions.

Do you issue store credit?

Yes, you can choose store credit when you place your return request. You will receive an email notification with your store credit code or log into your account to access your credit. If you have trouble with your code at checkout, please contact our customer service team at support@zahraathelabel.comand one of our representatives will gladly assist you.

What is your store policy?

We will gladly accept a return if you place your request within 15 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, hair, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned and the return ribbon must not be cut, altered, stained or tampered with. 

Please note that all Prayer Sets, Accessories, Swimwear, and all items from our Hijab Collection are final sale. If such items and rejected items are returned, a $65 fee will be charged and the items will be returned to you.

An item is out of stock, how can I know when it's restocked?

You can sign up to our Restock Newsletter by clicking on "Out of Stock" Button on the desired product you would like to purchase. You can offer email or SMS alerts, or both. Once its restocked, you will be notified right away.
