Until now, my package is still stuck in transit with no updates since January 15th. Despite several emails, the customer service has been completely unresponsive — they only replied when I filed a dispute through PayPal.
Once the PayPal dispute was closed, they completely ignored my follow-ups again. It’s unacceptable for a brand charging such high shipping fees to provide this level of service.
I highly recommend avoiding this brand if you’re looking for reliable service and customer care.
